“Les 10 Km du 14ème arrondissement*” (“14ème” means “quatorzième arrondissement” = Fourteenth arrondissement = 14th Paris administrative district)

First big Parisian running party of the year 2022! Hoping that all the races will be able to resume their normal places in the calendar (and that the health crisis will finally go away).

Not far from Montparnasse and the avenue du Maine, the course, qualifying for the French Championship, 10km FFA measured is composed of two loops of 5 km which start and return to the 14ème arrondissement town hall. The course is relatively easy even if a small false flat solicits our thighs during the return towards the town hall…

A very nice race at all levels, welcome coffee, great organization team and volunteers, hot soup at the arrival, in short a very warm atmosphere for the month of January. A tribute will be paid to Philippe Espinasse who left us in 2021 and developed this race for 30 years.
