Tour reservation process and booking period
Internet customers may reserve one of the tours offered by clicking on "Book online" on each page of the site.
Internet customers may then select the date and time for their chosen tour. Booking requests made by internet customers must be made 48 hours in advance of the date chosen to be valid.
The www.parisrunningtour.fr and www.parisrunningtour.com internet sites will reply regarding availability within 24 hours following receipt of the booking request.
If there is no availability on the requested date, the www.parisrunningtour.fr and www.parisrunningtour.com internet sites will offer such dates and times that remain available.
If there is availability to meet the request, the www.parisrunningtour.fr and www.parisrunningtour.com internet sites will confirm the request by email and will send a request for payment via PAYPAL.
Tours will not be finalised until payment has been received.
Customers will then receive a new confirmation of the reservation with the date, time and meeting point.

Cancellation
In the event of circumstances beyond their control the www.parisrunningtour.fr and www.parisrunningtour.com internet sites may decide to cancel the tour booked.
In such an event, if a suitable date on which to reschedule the tour cannot be found, the www.parisrunningtour.fr and www.parisrunningtour.com internet sites will make a full refund.

In the event of cancellation on the part of the internet customer, the www.parisrunningtour.fr and www.parisrunningtour.com internet sites are unable to make any refund.

The Highway Code, Health and Safety regulations
The www.parisrunningtour.fr and www.parisrunningtour.com internet sites cannot be held responsible in the event of an incident or accident during the jogging tour booked.
Internet customers must follow the instructions of the accompanying jogger and respect the Highway Code as well as the rules of care towards other users of the public highway.
The www.parisrunningtour.fr and www.parisrunningtour.com internet sites cannot be held responsible for any health problems arising during or after jogging.
The www.parisrunningtour.fr and www.parisrunningtour.com internet sites will not set any minimum distance, nor any minimum pace.
Each tour can be adapted on request of internet customers, both in terms of distance and speed, from the time the jogging starts.
Internet customers are advised to consult a doctor before booking a tour if there are any doubts about their state of health or if they have not jogged previously.

Online payment
Payments for jogging tours booked on the www.parisrunningtour.fr and www.parisrunningtour.com internet sites can only be made online, through Paypal.
